Our main location is at Laimgasse 5, 88045 Friedrichshafen. From here the town centre, the Lake Constance promenade and Friedrichshafen Stadt railway station are each just a 1-minute walk away. Our second Friedrichshafen location is at Möttelistraße 11, 88045 Friedrichshafen, right next door – just as central.

If you prefer peace and quiet to city life, our Countryside Retreat at Argenstraße 21, 88099 Neukirch-Goppertsweiler lies in the Lake Constance hinterland.

Arriving by car? We offer secure private parking for €10 per day – a real plus in town.

Accommodation types

Every stay is different, so we offer several categories:

• Executive Apartments – fully equipped apartments for longer stays, business travellers and anyone who wants to feel at home.

• Premium Suites – our most comfortable category, with a home cinema for relaxed evenings.

• Group Business Accommodation – for teams, project crews and companies travelling together.

• Budget Rooms – affordable rooms, also for groups, when a clean place to sleep is what matters most.

• Event & Party Venues – spaces for your celebration or event (more about our event venues).

• Countryside Retreats – a rural escape in Neukirch-Goppertsweiler.

All accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are welcome for €15 per day, and self-service laundry is available for €10 per load. A refundable deposit of €100 applies.

Business travel & Messe Friedrichshafen

Friedrichshafen is a trade fair and industry hub – and that is exactly what our serviced apartments are made for. Whether you are visiting Messe Friedrichshafen for a few nights (free trade fair shuttle bus from Friedrichshafen Stadt station, a 1-minute walk from us, or about 10 minutes by car) or staying for several weeks on a project, you get space to work, cook and unwind rather than just a hotel room.

Good to know: business travellers are exempt from the local tourist tax. For teams we offer Group Business Accommodation. Of course, you'll receive an invoice on request. Demand and rates are higher during trade fairs, and free cancellation during exhibitions is possible up to 90 days before check-in. Our tip: contact us early and book direct.

Free cancellation depends on the season: January–March 3 days, April–May 14 days, June–August 60 days, September–October 14 days, November–December 3 days before check-in. During exhibitions the deadline is 90 days before check-in.
