It consists of a bright, sunny and spacious room with a separate private toilet and shared shower located right outside.
Comfortable leather sofa beds, Mexican pine tables and quality Japanese futons make for ultimate relaxation and chilling.
It is equipped with an ICAROS state-of-the art flying machine (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMBxuWzfyko) , the latest i400 MobileCinema and a large white board for creative sessions. There is a separate private toilet and shared shower located right outside.

Space
Its central location in the heart of the city centre is its USP. Ideal for guests who prefer to stay in the very centre and explore everything our beautiful city has to offer, in particular the unique Lake Constance promenade, on foot. It is a freshly renovated, bright and spacious room ( > 50 sqm ) facing South for groups of up to 5+ persons. Couples will find enough space together on our large leather sofa beds. On top of the comfortable sofa beds and there are two quality Japanese futons with tatamis. You will find a dinner and working table, a convertible seating area and a gourmet coffee corner with a small fridge. What makes our place standout is our marvellous handcrafted Terminator made of steel. It is a one of a kind eye catcher and exquisite piece of art not available anywhere else.
ICAROS VR Flying
We now have a state-of-the-art ICAROS - aka the Cadillac of VR exercising equipment - flying machine for active Virtual Reality workouts and exiting entertainment. ( Added fees apply!) IMPORTANT INFO FOR LARGER GROUPS: For larger groups of travellers and/ or (extended) families, we are pleased to offer Carli's B-No-B Private room located right in the adjoining room in combination with Carli's R&R. We would be happy to make you a tailor made offer! Getting there is extremely convenient by all means of transport. If you arrive by train , long distance bus and/ or ferry, you can just walk here in only 2 minutes. If you travel by car, we can arrange for convenient parking for a small extra charge.
Guest access
Next to the spacious room (about > 50 sqm) guests have access to a brand new private bathroom with rain shower as well as 2 separate private lavatories located right outside of the room. We are offering free, ultra fast WiFi of up to 400 Mbytes/s speed and a blue tooth wireless loudspeaker for entertainment purposes. Free private and secure parking for bicycles. IMPORTANT : All facilities are exclusively for the private use of one family or the same group only - we do not offer shared accommodation.
On our private premises we also offer meeting & party facilities, a home theatre, a small gym, large storage facilities and a VR flying lounge which all can be used for a fee. There is also a common on-site laundry room can be used for an additional charge.
