Lake Constance beach is at your doorstep right across our premises. The great thing is that it is a public beach, open to each and everybody, any time. No entrance fee or VIP membership necessary. Most ideal for those eager to start ( or finish) their day with a jump in the lake as well as sun bathers and lovers of nature.
Our three ports cater for your every maritime travel and leisure needs when looking for all kinds of exiting boating, fishing, surfing and sailing activities.
Our promenade offers a wide range of restaurants to take in the views and relaxing atmosphere as well as one or two drinks to finish the day.

Schloßkirche & more
Next to the Schloßkirche ( Friedrichshafen castle ), there are a number of city hallmarks and places of interest, such as the Zeppelin museum, School museum and Dornier museum ( easily reached by bus) . Public parks and nearby forrest ( Seewald ) are most inviting for leisurely strolls as as well as serious fitness workouts. Shopping centers and supermarkets abound, with one of the highlights being the Bodensee centre, which among other things includes a spectacular cineplex theatre.
The exhibition grounds, Zeppelin airfield as well as Friedrichshafen Bodensee airport can be reached by car or shuttle bus within only ten minutes.
Our Seehasenfest ( "Lake bunny festival " , we kid you not ! ) is a big hit with children and adults alike as well as the highly successful Kulturufer festival with international artists and exhibitors are highlight attractions in summertime.
